Image Licensing
We don't sell photos. We license usage. All packages include access to a proofing gallery, and images used in your portfolio, website, or social media require a license.
Booking and participating partners: $25 per image
Third parties licensing after delivery: $200 per image
Licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable, and cover the business that holds them.

Full Day: $1,499
This option maximizes natural light, capturing spaces at their best whether at sunrise or sunset. While I have lighting equipment to enhance the scene, I always prioritize the natural light right outside the window.

- Location scout

If additional time is needed, we’re happy to quote a follow-up session based on availability.
Cost Sharing
Full Day, $975 per partner
Share the shoot, the session fee, and the $25 licensing rate with your project team. Ideal when a designer, builder, stager, or agent all want images of the same project.
Add a third or fourth partner, and each share drops to as low as $525.

Interior Films
